Character Quests are personal storylines tied to individual Guardians. Completing them rewards Lumia Leaves, Bon Voyage Charms, Incandescence Tufts, Glimmer, and Team XP—plus deeper lore and unlockable gameplay content.

How to Unlock Them
1. Progress the Main Story
Quests unlock as you advance through key chapters of the main campaign. Each character’s quest chain is triggered once you hit specific story milestones, even if you don’t own the character yet.
2. Unlock the Character
Some quests require ownership of that specific character. After the initial unlock conditions, you’ll need to have drawn or purchased the Guardian for the rest of their questline to become available.
3. Raise Character Proficiency
Character Proficiency is leveled by using that character in combat and activities. Many quests require the character to reach Proficiency Novice II or higher before the next quest becomes accessible.
You can check proficiency through the Characters menu—look for the shield icon next to the character name to track their progress.

Each character typically has 3–5 chained quests, unlocked sequentially once prerequisites are met.

Many of these locked areas restrict your character selection to Ranger (Wolf) or the specific Guardian, temporarily disabling switching.
