To summon on Chronicled Wish, you must use Intertwined Fates.

How the Chronicled Wish System Works

1. You choose one featured 5-star character or weapon.

2. Pull until you obtain a 5-star.

3. You have a 50% chance to get your selected item.

4. If you lose the 50/50, you receive 1 Fate Point.

5. Your next 5-star is guaranteed to be your selected item.

Unlike the standard Weapon banner (which requires multiple Fate Points), Chronicled Wish guarantees your selection on the second 5-star, not the third.

Pity & Guarantee Mechanics

• Hard pity is 90 pulls.

• Soft pity begins around ~75 pulls.

• Pity count carries over between Chronicled Wish cycles.

• Fate Points do NOT carry over.

This distinction is extremely important.

If you lose your 50/50 and gain a Fate Point but do not secure the second 5-star before the banner ends, you will lose the Fate Point. However, your pull count remains.

If you select a character:

• Losing 50/50 gives another character (not a weapon).

If you select a weapon:

• Losing 50/50 gives another weapon (not a character).

This prevents cross-category losses.

2. Two 5-Stars = Guaranteed

Unlike the Weapon banner, you only need two gold pulls maximum to guarantee your selection.

Worst-case scenario:

• 90 pulls (lose 50/50)

• 90 pulls (guaranteed win)

Maximum theoretical cost: 180 pulls.

3. Fate Points Reset

If:

• You lose 50/50

• Gain 1 Fate Point

• Stop pulling before second 5-star

• Banner ends

Your Fate Point disappears.

Pity count stays.

Let’s say you select Mona.

• You pull and get Diluc.

• You now have 1 Fate Point.

• Next 5-star is guaranteed Mona.

Is Chronicled Wish Permanent

Chronicled Wish does not appear every version. It shows up occasionally, typically featuring:

Who Should Pull on Chronicled Wish?

Chronicled Wish is ideal for:

• Players who missed older characters.

• Players wanting signature weapons without triple Fate investment.

• Veterans seeking constellations for legacy units.

• Collectors filling roster gaps.

It is less ideal if:

• You are saving for a future brand-new character.

• You cannot guarantee two 5-star pulls.

• You rely heavily on Fate Point security across cycles.
