What Is the Purple Skull?

The purple (or pink) skull that suddenly appears is your Warbond Token—a special one-time voucher awarded by the Ministry of Prosperity.

It lets you claim any Premium Warbond for free (excluding Legendary Warbonds).
Who’s Eligible for the Token?
You qualify for the Warbond Token if all these apply:

You purchased the Super Citizen Edition or added the Super Citizen Upgrade.

Your purchase occurred after August 26, 2025, when the Token system was introduced—or:

You previously bought the Steeled Veterans Warbond with Super Credits before upgrading, and you did not claim the 1,000 Super Credits refund.

You upgraded before the Token rollout—long-time Super Citizen players are the target of this token replacement.
How to Redeem the Token

There’s no icon for it. Here’s how to check:

Open the Acquisitions menu aboard your Super Destroyer.

Navigate to any unowned Premium Warbond.

If the button says “Claim Premium Warbond” instead of “Buy,” you have the token.

To use it:

Simply click the Claim button on a non-Legendary Premium Warbond.

The token applies instantly—no Super Credits required.

You can only use it once—but if you accidentally redeem the wrong Warbond, support may reverse it.
