A Silk Heart is a permanent collectible that allows Hornet to regenerate Silk automatically whenever Silk is fully depleted. This makes survival easier in tougher fights and helps ensure you’re never completely without healing or abilities.

There are three Silk Hearts in total. Here’s where to find each one:

| Silk Heart 1 | The Marrow | Defeat the Bell Beast boss in this region to earn your first Silk Heart. |
| Silk Heart 2 | Whiteward | Acquire the Surgeon’s Key in the upper-right area of Whiteward. Use it to unlock a door in the lower-left part of the map. Inside, defeat The Unravelled to gain this Silk Heart. |
| Silk Heart 3 | The Cradle | Earned by defeating Lace in your second encounter with her. |
