Los Santos is full of crime, chaos, and collectibles, but few side activities feel as cinematic as helping Solomon Richards recover his stolen memorabilia in GTA Online. This collectible hunt sends players across San Andreas to retrieve iconic film props from Vinewood history, rewarding you with solid cash payouts and a rare outfit.

If you want to complete this mission efficiently without bouncing between sessions aimlessly, this guide breaks down all Solomon movie prop locations, explains how the random spawns work, and shares tips to finish the collection as quickly as possible.

How to Start the Solomon Movie Prop Mission

Every Solomon Movie Prop Location in GTA Online

Before you can begin collecting props, you must visit Solomon Richards’ office. His office is located inside the Sam Austin Memorial Building in Backlot City, within the movie studio area. Once inside, a short interaction triggers the side mission and unlocks 10 movie props scattered across the map.

From this point on, props will appear in free roam, and you can collect them in any order.

Overview of All Movie Prop Locations

Seven of the props spawn in fixed locations and can be collected immediately. The final three are tied to random vehicle events, which require some patience or session hopping.

Below is a full breakdown of each prop and how to get it.

    Fixed Movie Prop Locations (1–7)

Movie Prop #1: Meltdown Film Reel

You do not need to travel far for the first prop. Just outside Solomon’s office, near the Richards Majestic building, the Meltdown film reel rests against a trash can. This is the easiest collectible of the entire set.

    Movie Prop #2: WIFA Award

Head to the Vanilla Unicorn strip club in Strawberry. The award is hidden in the back office. To gain access, you can either provoke a wanted level or deal with the guard at the entrance. Inside, check the desk to retrieve the trophy.

Movie Prop #3: Native American Headdress

Visit the Diamond Casino & Resort. After entering, move toward the restrooms on the right-hand side of the casino floor. Inside the men’s restroom, the headdress can be found placed above one of the urinals.

    Movie Prop #4: Mummy Head

Travel along Route 68 near the border of Great Chaparral and the Grand Senora Desert. On the porch of a small roadside house, you will find the mummy head waiting to be collected.

    Movie Prop #5: Alien Head

This prop sits at the famous alien shrine in Sandy Shores. In the “Beam Me Up” area of Senora National Park, climb onto the rocks near the shrine to grab the alien head.

    Movie Prop #6: Clapperboard

The clapperboard is located inside Fort Zancudo. Entering the base will trigger a wanted level unless you have special access, so be prepared. Head to the northern guard tower and check the desk on the ground floor.

    Movie Prop #7: Monster Head

Make your way to the Altruist Camp in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness. The cultists here are hostile, so grab the monster head from the peak of the camp quickly and escape before taking too much damage.

At this stage, it is a good idea to return these props to Solomon’s office before moving on.

    Random Event Movie Props (8–10)

The final three props spawn inside specific vehicles and appear as random events. When nearby, a blue dot will flash on your map.

Movie Prop #8: Tiger Skin Rug (Rumpo Van)

This prop appears inside a Rumpo van in eastern Los Santos. Possible spawn areas include:

    • Simmet Alley in Textile City

    • Darnell Bros. area in La Mesa

    • Driving east across the San Andreas Avenue Bridge

Movie Prop #9: Mummy Coffin (Pony Van)

The Pony van spawns in northwest Los Santos. Known locations include:

    • Outside the Epsilon Center in Rockford Hills

    • Kortz Center at Pacific Bluffs

    • North Rockford Drive near ULSA

Movie Prop #10: Globe (Rebel Truck)

The final prop appears in Paleto Bay inside a Rebel truck. Check:

    • Willie’s Supermarket parking area

    • Alley behind The Hen House

    • The Great Ocean Highway east of Procopio Truck Stop

If these vehicles do not spawn, switch sessions or move away and return later.

Final Rewards for Completing the Collection

Once all 10 props are delivered back to Solomon’s office, you receive:

    • $10,000 per prop ($100,000 total)

    • An additional $50,000 bonus

    • The exclusive Space Interloper outfit

That brings the total reward to $150,000, plus one of the most recognizable outfits in GTA Online.
